Alfredo B. Reyes, FICD, is the Head of Investor Relations of Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (LRWC), a position he has held since 2006. He communicates with the financial community on the developments of the company as well as participating in non-deal roadshows.  He headed fund-raising activities such as a top-up private placement in 2011 and the 2013 preferred share offering working with Asian Alliance Inc.

Prior to LRWC, Reyes worked as a trader for Citisecurities Inc. and later, as the Head of Business Development for CitisecOnline.com, Inc. (former name of COL Financial Group, Inc.). He has an in-depth knowledge of the stock market and of the capital markets, both on the buy-side and sell-side. He is a licensed stockbroker and works with COL Financial as an Independent Financial Adviser managing funds for clients.   

Reyes has been a Member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Women’s University (PWU) since 2008. In 2009, the PWU Board of Trustees appointed him as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) where he turned around operations, dealt with labor unions, renegotiated problem loans, and as well as spearheaded discussions for a capital infusion from an outside investor.

Reyes is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and was inducted as a Fellow in 2014.  As a Teaching Fellow of ICD, he conducts strategic planning seminars and workshops using the Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard framework as well as delivers various talks on Corporate Governance and Board Committee Charts. He served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM) from 2004-2006. PRRM is dedicated to helping NGOs and local groups deliver services to marginalized farmers and fisherfolk.
