Finally, he became the Human Capital Foresight Practice Leader that involved global analytics for their predictive analytics capabilities.

He has an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and an AB from Dartmouth College, Phi Beta Kappa majoring in Economics. In October 2014, Mark delivered the Keynote Address titled, “The Convergence of HR and Finance: Leveraging HR’s Most Powerful Advantage To Impact The Business,” at the Human Resource People & Strategy (HRPS) Strategic Human Resource Forum in Boston attended by 140 senior HR executives.

Mark Ubelhart served as a Practice Leader, Value Based Manager, and Architect for over 38 years at AON Hewitt Investment Consulting, Inc., an SEC-registered investment adviser, a CFTC-registered commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor, and a member of the NFA.
