Mathias Diehl has 25 years of experience as CFO, Managing Director, and Strategic and Divisional Controller in engineering industries with employments in Germany, China, and Singapore. He has been in charge of accounting, financial reporting, and regional taxation matters as well as the coordination of commercial project management activities, including contract management, procurement & logistics, project financing, insurances, guarantees/bonding, arbitration, and litigation.

Currently, Diehl is the CFO at Tialoc Singapore Pte Ltd (formerly known as atea Environmental Technology Pte Ltd), a full service provider (Design and Build, Engineering Procurement Construction Turn-Key) in the field of plant and materials, mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

Diehl coordinates with banks, financial institutions, and government agencies. He has also been overseeing the deployment of new ERP applications and internal efficiency improvement projects.

Being a member of the corporation’s top management team, he recommends strategic initiatives to increase profitability, comply with regulations, and enhance the corporation’s competitive standing.

Diehl graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.

Tialoc Group is a leading Environmental Technology provider with operations in five continents.

They specialize in environmental treatment and recycling systems for the chemical, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, solar supply chain, mining, and oil and gas industries.

Their manufacturing division, Tialoc Composite, specializes in the design and manufacturing of tanks, vessels, piping systems, and custom designed process equipment, particularly for high temperature, pressure, and corrosive media and utilizes FRP, thermoplastic, and advanced composite materials.

The Tialoc group headquarters, located in Singapore, was founded in 2001 with Tialoc China and Malaysia (their two largest operations) being founded very shortly after.

Together with their partners, they continue to improve their technologies to be able to provide their customers with sustainable and competitive solutions. They have developed hundreds of know-hows and dozens of patents in the area of Hi-Temperature, energy recovery, and flue gas cleaning system.
