Viktoria Dalko is a qualified, internationally-recognized financial expert, providing consulting and executive training on risk management, business valuation, corporate strategy, corporate finance, and financial market strategies, especially as related to mergers and acquisitions and financial market dominance, to corporations and governments on five continents.

Graduate students at Harvard, Hult, and CUNY gave her the highest possible evaluation scores. Dalko was elected by the students to be Professor of the Year at Hult several times and became the Joanne Fussa Distinguished Teacher at Harvard. Dalko taught at CUHK, HKUST, Corvinus, Thunderbird. Dalko was invited to conduct director and executive education in the Asia Pacific, MENA, and the US. She was Chief of Staff in the Hungarian Parliament. Later, she served as advisor to the president of the National Bank of Hungary and was chief of staff for the Hungarian Parliaments Committee of Budget, Tax, and Finances. She served as the dean and finance discipline lead at Hult. Dalko received her PhD and MA from the University of Pennsylvania.

In Nobel Laureate, Professor Lawrence Klein, and Dalko’s book, Regulating Competition in Stock Markets (Wiley, 2012), they identified several mechanisms of how systemic risk emerges from particular trading strategies. Their research aims to help to understand, predict, and even prevent systemic collapse in financial markets. Their work provides risk governance policy recommendations for key decision makers.

Dalko does management consulting and provides Masterclasses for executives – among other places, in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Saigon, Singapore, Lagos, Dubai, Monterrey, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Boston, New York, Amsterdam, and Budapest.

Dalko regularly presents at international academic conferences as keynote speaker, chair, discussant and presenter, and contribute as editor to academic journals.
